ICAO CORSIA Central Registry (CCR)
The CORSIA Central Registry, a database maintained by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), contains information on accredited verification bodies per state, airline operators per state, and overall data on CO 2 emissions from international aviation.
In 2023, we were the first and only African Verification Body to be listed on the ICAO CCR, making Kenya the only state to list an African verifier. This recognition has positioned us at the forefront of emissions verification on the continent, offering a regional perspective that demonstrates Africa’s ability and readiness to meet international standards.

KENAS Certificate
In 2023, Kenya Accreditation Service, the National Accreditation Body for Kenya, accredited us as a Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation (CORSIA) Verification Body upon satisfying the requirements under ISO 17029:2019 and ISO 14065:2020.
This accreditation authorises us to undertake the verification of greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with CORSIA Annex 16, Volume IV. We therefore act as a third-party verifier of annual emissions reports to help airlines meet their regulatory obligations under CORSIA.
